At Snakebite Coffee Co, we believe coffee should be more than something you drink on autopilot.

We’re an independent coffee roastery and speciality coffee shop based in Beverley, East Yorkshire, built on community, sustainability, ethics, and a genuine love for doing things properly.

Yes, we have fun. We make stupid videos, play loud music, roast great coffee, and probably take ourselves less seriously than most coffee companies would recommend. But underneath all of that, the heart of Snakebite has always been simple:

To build a coffee business that gives a shit.

That means sourcing and roasting speciality coffee with care. It means working towards lower-waste, more sustainable coffee roasting. It means supporting our local community in Beverley and East Yorkshire. And it means using the business, whenever we can, to put something good back into the world.

We’re not trying to be the biggest coffee brand in the room. That has never been the point.

The point is to build something honest. Something human. Something independent. A coffee roastery that makes great coffee, treats people properly, and remembers that business can be about more than growth charts, taking over, polished branding, and shouting the loudest online.

Every bag of coffee, every flat white, every home barista workshop, every wholesale order, every person who chooses Snakebite, it all helps keep this little roastery moving. And sometimes, it means we’re able to support causes, charities, and people who need it.

We know a coffee shop can’t change the world on its own.

But it can choose where it stands.

So whether you’re buying freshly roasted coffee online, visiting our coffee shop in Beverley, joining one of our coffee workshops, or working with us for wholesale coffee, you’re helping support an independent business that believes community and compassion should sit at the centre of what we do.

We’ll always have the fun and antics.
